Privacy
This page explains what Open Home Reels collects when you enquire or order, why it is needed and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, agency, REA licence number or public-register profile, the property address, listing URL, listing type, format, flyover and requested-delivery choices, listing-credit purchases, codes and balances, your optional portfolio-contact preference, property photos and any information you include with an enquiry. For the limited-time free offer, we may also record the names, agencies and public REA details of other agents named on the supplied listing. These details may be provided by you or taken from the public listing and REA register. Basic security logs may also record technical information such as request time and IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to assess and fulfil your request, create and deliver the video, contact you about the work, process payment where applicable, issue and redeem listing credits, administer the one-free-video-per-agent offer, prevent repeat claims and meet legal or accounting obligations. A free video for a co-listed property counts against the promotional eligibility of every agent named on that listing. If you select the optional portfolio-contact box, we may also contact you if the property appears to have sold to request separate written permission to publish the finished video. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent.
Photos and service providers
Listing photos are treated as customer material. They may be processed by secure hosting, storage, email, production and payment providers only where needed to deliver the service. Access is limited to people and providers involved in the work.
Retention
Working photos are deleted from active production storage within 30 days after final delivery unless you ask us to retain them for ongoing work. We may retain a minimal free-offer eligibility record—such as an agent's name, agency, REA identifier and listing reference—for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the one-per-agent promotion and prevent repeat claims. Finished files and transaction records may be kept longer where needed for re-delivery, support, accounting or legal obligations. Where YouTube hosting is agreed, an unlisted delivery video may remain on the Open Home Reels channel indefinitely until an authorised agent or rights holder asks us to remove it or make it private. Public or portfolio use requires separate permission.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, withdraw your optional portfolio-contact preference or any later portfolio permission, or ask us to delete material that no longer needs to be retained. We will remove or make a hosted delivery video private within seven days of an authorised request.
