The service

We create a video from the listing link, photos, branding and information you supply. The exact format, price and delivery estimate are confirmed when we accept the request. Walkthrough and other planned products are not available until we confirm otherwise.

Your rights and responsibilities

By ordering, you confirm that you are authorised to supply and use the photos, listing copy, logos, music requests and other material for this campaign and to allow us to process them. You remain responsible for checking that the final marketing is accurate and complies with your agency, platform and professional obligations.

What we change

We may crop, sequence, animate and caption supplied material. Selected opening and closing images may be used to create short moving shots; most middle scenes use pans and zooms across the original still photos. A location flyover may be included where agreed. We review generated motion and do not intentionally add rooms, replace views, stage furniture or introduce misleading property features. A plain-English edit note accompanies delivery.

Delivery and revisions

You can request next-working-day delivery, delivery within three working days, within a week, on a specific date or with no rush. A requested date is not an automatic booking; we confirm the delivery date before accepting the work. Where next-working-day delivery is accepted, the standard target is by 5pm on that working day after we receive the complete request and usable material. Weekends, New Zealand public holidays, late or incomplete material, unusual scope and capacity constraints may affect availability. One reasonable revision is included. Further or out-of-scope changes may be quoted separately.

Price and payment

Advertised prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. The first-free offer is a limited-time promotion, limited to one eligible widescreen residential sales-listing video per verified agent, and is subject to available production capacity. If multiple agents are named on a co-listed property, the free video counts as the first free video for every named agent. We may check the applicant and any named co-listing agents against the public listing and REA register, and keep a minimal eligibility record to prevent repeat claims. Paid work is invoiced after we approve the request and must be paid using the confirmed payment method before final delivery unless agreed otherwise.

The five-listing credit pack costs $499 + GST and is paid upfront. It provides five credits, each covering one standard widescreen photo-based listing video. The purchaser may use the code or share it with any agent, including an agent at another agency. The balance follows the code, so the purchaser is responsible for deciding who receives it and keeping it secure. Credits expire 12 months after purchase and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Custom or out-of-scope work may be quoted separately. Credit codes and balances are checked when each order is accepted.

Ownership and examples

Once any agreed payment is received, you may use the finished video for the relevant property campaign, social media and advertising. Your underlying photos and branding remain yours or their original owner's. If you select the optional portfolio-contact box, you only give us permission to contact you if the property appears to have sold. We will not publish the video as an example unless we then receive separate written approval confirming that you are authorised to grant portfolio use of the video and its source material. An approved public example will be clearly labelled as sold, may remain public indefinitely and will be removed or made private following an authorised request. We do not publish withdrawn or expired campaigns as portfolio examples.

YouTube hosting and campaign status

Where agreed, we may upload the widescreen video to the Open Home Reels YouTube channel as an unlisted video and provide the link for Trade Me, agency or campaign use. An unlisted video is not shown publicly on our channel, but anyone with its link may watch or share it. We may keep the unlisted video available indefinitely unless an authorised agent or rights holder asks us to remove it or make it private, which we will do within seven days. We will not change its status to sold without confirmation. Publishing a video publicly or using it in our portfolio still requires separate permission.

Music and platforms

Where music is included, we use a track licensed for the agreed delivery and intended use. Platform rules and agency publishing methods can change, so you remain responsible for confirming upload or link requirements before publication.

Problems and cancellations

If the work is materially different from the agreed brief, tell us promptly and we will use the included revision to put it right. Any cancellation or refund is assessed against work already completed and rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
